Contraception

Our center offers many safe and effective methods of contraception for you to choose from.

Patients use contraception for a variety of reasons, whether it be to prevent pregnancy, regulate periods or bleeding, treat a medical condition, or a number of other valid reasons.

Deciding what contraceptive method is right for you can be difficult – there are so many things to consider.

Learning about contraceptive methods you or your partner can use and talking with your provider are good ways to get started. Our providers will work closely with you to determine which method works best for your specific wants and needs.

We know there is no “best” method of contraception. Each different method has its pros and cons related to your unique needs. In deciding what method works best for you, our providers will take into account many things like your overall health, gender, sexuality, sexual preferences,  whether or not you want to have children, effectiveness, potential side effects, your lifestyle, and how the methods fit into your life.

We promise to help you find the method that’s right for you. Your appointment includes a consultation with one of our health care providers and a sample or prescription for the birth control of your choice.

We proudly offer the following forms of birth control at our clinic:

Pills

IUDS

Patches

Implants

Rings

Shots
